Required documents

Admission procedure for all English language programs includes two stages:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Admission Questionnaire printed from your online application (register: apply.san.edu.pl)
  • Copy of maturity certificate or higher secondary certificate or International Baccalaureate or European Baccalaureate with attachment (for Bachelor or Enginere program)
  • Copy of Bachelor's diploma or Enginere's diploma or Master's diploma or equivalent with transcript of records (for Master program)
  • Copy of an ID card (for UE citizens) or a passport (for non-UE citizens, page with photo)
  • photo (3,5 x 4,5)
  • Language certificate or English Language Declaration (check: Language requirements)
  • Proof of application fee payment
  • Signed agreement with the University - signed in Admissions Office

Remember to take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the Admissions Office.

International students applying from Poland - additional documents

International students who are already in Poland, besides documents listed above, needs to submit additional documents to the Admissions Office:

  • Sworn translation of documents confirming your education into Polish 
  • a legalisation (or apostille) of all documents certifying the candidate’s education (exceptions: citizens of Ukraine and Belarus)
  • Copy of the Polish visa or Residence Card
  • Copy of health insurance policy against illnesses and accident insurance for the period spent in Poland or the European Medical Insurance
  • Medical Certificate
  • International Student Declaration (if it's required)
  • Proof of tuition fee payment

International students applying outside from Poland

STAGE 1 - WHAT DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO GET LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

All required documents issued in another language than Polish need to be translated. If you don’t have a possibility to provide Polish translation, we will accept the documents translated in to English and you will have to submit Polish translation after arrival.

  • Proof of registration fee payment
  • Proof of tuition fee payment
  • Signed agreement with the University - prepared by the Admissions Office

STAGE 2 - WHAT YOU SHOULD SUBMIT AFTER OBTAINING A POLISH VISA

  • Scan of the Polish visa (check: Visa Requirements)
  • Scan of flight ticket no later than 7 days before arrival

STAGE 3 - DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AFTER ARRIVAL TO POLAND

All candidates who have received a Polish visa immediately after arriving in Poland must submit to the Admissions Office the documents listed below:

  • Originals of all documents listed in stage 1 and 2
  • A document stating that the certificate/diploma entitles to undertake or continue university-level studies in the country in which the certificate/diploma was issued
  • Sworn translation into Polish language of documents confirming your education
  • a legalisation (or apostille) of all documents certifying the candidate’s education (exceptions: citizens of Ukraine and Belarus)
  • 1 photo (3,5 x 4,5)
  • Copy of health insurance policy against illnesses and accident insurance for the period spent in Poland or the European Medical Insurance
  • Medical Certificate
Clark University - required documents

Candidates applying for programs of University of Social Sciences and Clark University should visit Clark University webiste to get:

Application fee

  • for European Union citizens - 400 PLN
  • for Ukraine and Belarus citizens - 400 PLN
  • for Polish residence card holders - 400 PLN
  • for non-EU citizens - €300

Payments of the application fee must be made in PLN or in Euro (depending on the currency in which the cost of studies is given for each group).
Application fee is paid once and it is non refundable in case of resignation from the program or visa refusal.

Application fee, name and surname of Candidate, (passport numer - only for foreigners)

Please make sure that you include the remarks in the payment transaction. Otherwise the payment may not get properly processed.
